Small Decisions, Deep Liberation
Welcome
Hi — I’m Wanda.
Thank you for joining Liberating Living Weekly. I’ve spent 20+ years helping people align faith and finances so freedom isn’t theoretical — it’s lived. Each Sunday I’ll send one short spiritual practice, a simple money move you can automate, and a podcast highlight to guide the week.
There comes a season when faith no longer fits the way it used to.
Not because you’ve lost it—but because you’ve outgrown the box it was kept in.
This week’s episode invites you to see your unraveling not as failure, but as freedom forming.
You’re not losing faith. You’re meeting it again—without the filters.
This week, let’s walk through the awakening together.

Why This Matters
When we start questioning old beliefs, we often confuse the end of certainty with the absence of God.
But spiritual maturity is the willingness to trade control for communion.
This shift heals not only our relationship with the Divine—it ripples into our finances, goals, and sense of worth.
Alignment births abundance. Always.
Spiritual Practices
The Quiet Reconnection Practice.
When everything feels uncertain, the temptation is to fill the silence.
But silence isn’t punishment — it’s presence.
This practice helps you listen again.
How to Flow:
Sit where you can breathe without distraction.
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
Whisper, “I am safe to hear truth.”
Breathe slowly for 3 minutes — in for 4, out for 6.
Notice what rises without forcing meaning.
River Reflection:
“What truth am I ready to hear beneath my own noise?”
5-minute Journaling Prompt
Answer with one-sentence responses:
Where have I confused structure with safety?
What new form of connection is Spirit inviting me into?
How does my money life mirror the way I trust—or resist—flow?
Write without editing. Let the river take the pen.
The Surrender Fund
Financial Action
—
Align $ with Purpose

Set aside $5–$25 in a small transfer labeled ‘Surrender Fund.’
It’s not an emergency fund—it’s a faith fund.
Money that reminds you: release is a wealth strategy.
Each deposit says, “I trust divine timing more than my timeline.”
If you’re ready to open a new bank account and want something hassle-free, SoFi has been empowering for me. Click my link to explore their benefits and get started!

7-Day Micro-Challenge
The Quiet Practice
Each morning this week: spend 5 minutes in intentional silence before scrolling, planning, or praying.
Notice what rises. Track the moments when silence feels uncomfortable—those are the edges of transformation.

Deeper exercise — Naming + Counter-Truth
(10 minutes total)
Naming: “If I’m not performing for God, I’ll fall behind.”
Counter-Truth: “When I rest in divine rhythm, everything that’s meant for me arrives on time.”
Repeat the counter-truth aloud whenever guilt or hurry surfaces this week.
