Small Decisions, Deep Liberation

Welcome

Hi — I’m Wanda.

Thank you for joining Liberating Living Weekly. I’ve spent 20+ years helping people align faith and finances so freedom isn’t theoretical — it’s lived. Each Sunday I’ll send one short spiritual practice, a simple money move you can automate, and a podcast highlight to guide the week.

November invites us to integrate, restore, and rise. Last week, we sat in the unraveling — naming what was falling apart and honoring the sacred pause between endings and beginnings. This week, we rebuild — not with fear or old formulas, but with divine design.

There’s a moment after every break when the silence shifts. It no longer echoes hollow — it hums holy. That’s how you know rebuilding has begun.

This season, we learn to rebuild without rushing. To let peace, not pressure, lay the new foundation. Because true rebuilding isn’t about replacing what broke; it’s about creating something real, rooted, and radiant. What you’re constructing now is sacred architecture — a life, a faith, and a rhythm shaped by authenticity, not obligation.

—————

Why This Matters

Faith deconstruction clears the space; divine design fills it.
Rebuilding is where belief becomes embodied again — where we stop performing for love and start living from it.

When we move from deconstruction to rebuilding, the nervous system begins to regulate. What once triggered guilt now sparks curiosity. This is neuroplasticity in action — your brain and spirit creating new pathways to support awakened beliefs.

Rebuilding in divine design means grounding spiritual growth in self-trust and daily intention. It’s where theology meets embodiment, and ritual meets real life. This stage transforms understanding into sustainable peace — expressed through your habits, your stewardship of money, time, and energy. Because divine design isn’t just what you believe; it’s how you build.

Spiritual Practices

The Fire & Flow Practice

After the breaking, there’s the burning — the holy fire that clears what no longer fits.
But remember, fire doesn’t just destroy; it refines.

How to Flow:

  1. Light a candle or visualize a soft flame before you.

  2. As you watch it flicker, name one belief you’re ready to release.

  3. Breathe it out — long exhale — and imagine it dissolving in light.

  4. Now name one truth you’re ready to receive.

  5. End with the affirmation: “I rise rooted in revelation, not religion.”

River Reflection:

What am I releasing to make room for what’s real?”

5-minute Journaling Prompt

Answer with one-sentence responses:

  1. Where in my life am I trying to rebuild without resting first?

  2. What does divine design look like in my faith … in my finances … in my home?

  3. What truth is asking to become practice this week?

Tuck the answers into a phone note or a sticky on your mirror.

Align with Freedom

When your faith aligns with your authentic self, your financial life follows suit.
You stop chasing external validation through overworking or overspending. You start moving money in flow — guided by purpose, not pressure.
Practice:
  • Review your top 3 financial decisions this month.

  • Ask: Did they come from fear or alignment?

  • Small step: Automate $10/week into your Courage Fund — proof that you trust flow over fear.

Affirmation:
“My peace prospers me. My alignment attracts abundance.”
