When you learn to reset your lens — spiritually, mentally, emotionally — you reclaim authority over your story. 3-Min Ground & Move Practice

The Perspective Anchor

  • Sit upright, shoulders relaxed

  • Inhale for 4 — lift your chin slightly

  • Exhale for 6 — soften your gaze

  • Place one hand on your chest, one on your stomach

  • Whisper: “I invite clarity. I release confusion.”

  • Imagine a soft white light widening your inner view like the opening of a window

  • End with one question: “What am I missing that Spirit is trying to show me?”

This practice opens your awareness gently without forcing outcomes.

5-minute Journaling Prompt

“Where does my perspective limit me — and where is Spirit inviting me to expand?”

If stuck, answer these sub-prompts:

  • What story am I telling myself that isn’t fully true?

  • Who would I be if I chose to see this situation through grace instead of fear?

  • What’s one belief I’m ready to retire?

7-Day Micro-Challenge

The Reframe Ritual

Goal: regulate your nervous system daily and build the habit of small faith-driven financial action.

Each day this week:

  • Choose one moment that frustrated you

  • Write down the trigger

  • Then write a second sentence starting with:
    “Another way to see this is…”

By day 7, you’ll notice your default mental lens becomes softer, clearer, and more grounded in purpose.

Deeper exercise — Naming & Counter Truth

(10 minutes total)

  1. Identify a limiting thought (e.g., “I’m falling behind”)

  2. Then write a spiritually aligned counter-truth rooted in your identity (e.g., “I am being prepared and positioned, not delayed.”)

  3. Say the counter-truth aloud three times

This is how you train your mind to support your spirit — daily, gently, intentionally.
